1:1 Mentoring, Spiritual Guidance or Healing via Zoom

1 Session Intensive

For who: This is for practiced, internally resourced, spiritual woman needing support and a coherent & safe container to complete a piece of soul work. You know what the wound, story or pattern is. You have reflected on it, worked on it and you are ready to let go, transmute and reclaim the soul gift it carries. You trust your inner guidance and simply need the right container, ceremony and support to finalize your healing. 

What it includes:

  1. Journaling prompts to clarify and prepare for our session. This supports your process and allows me to tune in and prepare a session to best serve your unique needs. 
  2. Individually curated session that may include: distance healing, archetypal journeying, shamanic elements, singing, drumming, movement, ceremony & ritual,  as needed. 
  3. Follow up email or WhatsApp exchange to support integration.

Feminine Initiation Comprehensive Healing Bundle

This is for you if :

  • You are a spiritual woman that intuitively understands that her body, emotions and spirit are guiding her.
  • You are in physical, emotional, and/or spiritual pain, or you recognize that you have suppressed pain/trauma that you are ready to heal with proper support.

  • You understand that feminine initiations are not meant to be traversed alone and you would like to receive support, guidance and healing from an experienced and trusted practitioner that understands the physical/medical aspects of your experience, the mental/emotional processes involved AND the energetic and spiritual elements that hold it all together. 

The process:

  1. Illuminate and Embrace –Session 1 : In a safe a loving space, we will tenderly illuminate and embrace the wound you carry and unveil what you – as a unique soul-  need to come back into wholeness.
  2. Deepen your Understanding -Womb Journal: You will be guided back into the innate feminine skill of listening to your womb and body wisdom. Through this practice and specific journaling prompts, you will deepen your understanding of your own healing process and how it is guiding you. 
  3. Shed and Heal – Session 2:  With all that has been unveiled through our first session and your listening & journaling practice, we will enter a a deep healing session, tenderly crafted for your specific soul needs. This session may include: distance healing, archetypal journeying, shamanic elements, singing, drumming, movement and a personalized ceremony. 
  4. Deepen your Alchemy –  Audio Healing Journey and Womb Activation: Supported by this powerful guided meditation, complete your healing process, activate your womb wisdom and begin to integrate your journey.
  5. Anchor your Transformation and Celebrate its Gifts – Session 3:  In this final session, we will weave together all the threads of your healing journey, retrieve the soul gifts that were held in the wound, anchor your new state of being and celebrate your wholeness.
