Reiki Level 1 Training

Learn this simple yet powerful technique for relaxation, healing and personal growth.

The class will be taught in 3 modules of 2.5-3 hours each (depending on group size). Over 15 years of experience has shown me that you will learn more and be more confident in your practice following this model than the usual 1 day intensive.

With this format you have time to absorb, explore and practice the material presented, and you are supported throughout the 21 day adjustment period.

Personalized Virtual Reiki 1 and 2 Training

If you know me, you also know I firmly believe EVERYBODY should have access to Reiki. It is hands down THE most wonderful and effective tool I have experienced as a human being, a mom and a nurse. I SO want to share this -and do so without compromising the depth and support you deserve- that I heard your scheduling difficulties and devised a new training program.

So if you’ve been wanting to do my Reiki Level 1 or 2 Training, but haven’t been able to make the dates/times work, this is for you. In my Virtual Reiki Training you schedule with me a personal attunement towards the start of the course and then the classes can be done from the comfort of wherever you are, all you need is internet access. Using ZOOM as our platform, we’ll be all be able to see each other, you can ask questions, we can interact just as if we were in the same room AND the sessions are recorded. This means that you receive access to the class to review for life.   The curriculum is the same as the “In Person” training described above.

In Summary Virtual Reiki 1 and 2 Training includes:

  • Private attunement (1 hour) to be scheduled at your convenience during my office hours: Monday or Friday 7:15pm or 8:15pm, and Sundays 9am-1:15pm in Huntington.
  • 5 live virtual classes (90 min each) for Reiki Level 1, 6 live virtual classes (90min each) for Reiki Level 2 done on a weekly basis

Reiki Deepening Circle

There is so much to explore in Reiki, so much information and so many experiences I’d like to share with you, but I always find that the time during class is simply not enough. And I can’t manage to conjure up the abundant practice time I hope for. The reality is that there is only so much I can fit into 12 hours of classes -which already exceed by far what is usually provided as Reiki 2 training-.

But I DO want you to have it all, to build your skills and confidence, to explore and develop your personal style of Reiki, to find your wonderful and unique way of touching the world with your love. For this purpose and as a way to bridge Reiki level 2 training and Master training (which requires 6 months of practice) I am opening the Reiki Deepening Circle.

This is for Reiki level 2 practitioners committed to their Reiki practice who wish to strengthen and deepen their skills and confidence. It is also for those considering continuing their Reiki journey towards Master Level. We will  meet one Monday every month from 7:30-9:00pm in Glen Cove, for 6 months. Emphasis will be on practice but additional information and techniques will also be given in accordance with group queries and interests.

You can expect to:

  • Practice treating others (chair reiki, rescue reiki, full sessions, stabilizing, eastern and western styles)
  • Explore hand positions and alternatives, review of body parts/ themes covered by each one
  • Practice byosen scanning and develop your “sensing” of the energy
  • Explore relevant topics like “What is true service?”, “What does compassion look and feel like?”
  • Explore any complementary tools desired by the group, for example: crystals, essential oils, colors, Bach flower essences, shamanic practices, etc.
  • Practice Reiki circle and group Reiki
  • Guided self-growth/purification technique or meditation

If you are unable to make one of the classes, as a group we see if rescheduling is a possibility for all. Otherwise you receive a summary of the material and experience covered during the missed circle, as well as deepening practices to connect the groups work.

Advanced Reiki Training/Master

Commonly here in the west, the ART/MasterReiki class is taught over a weekend. As you know, I strongly feel you and Reiki deserve much more. I’m committed to giving you a comprehensive training and supporting you in being the brightest you can be. I offer you a 5 to 6 month comprehensive course. The last month is the Master Reiki training if you choose to take the last step.

The training will start with the attunement and a class on symbols. From there, and over the following 5 months, we will meet every 2 weeks for live classes and you will receive assignments to immerse yourself in for the weeks in between. These assignments will come as reading material, video, audio, deepening practices and journaling. Also, the 4th week of every month you will be encouraged to meet to practice all you have learned (optional).

You are training at the highest level and this implies that you are ready to take responsibility for your development, training and life. Because of this, much of the training is done on your own terms. In this process you will be encouraged to research and bring together the different spiritual threads and gifts you carry, to form your unique Reiki practice.

Dates: Class forming for summer start. Live classes will be held in Glen Cove every other Monday from 6:30-9:00pm.

Requirements:

  • Reiki level 1 and 2 attunement
  • 6 months of practice since Reiki Level 2
  • Able to draw and use all 3 Reiki symbols effectively
  • To have received at least 5 Reiki treatment sessions
  • To have practiced at least 5 Reiki treatment sessions

Program details

Month 1 

  • Initial class: Attunement, 4th Reiki symbol in 4 variations (Japanese, Hindu, Tibetan, Feminine).
  • Deepening Practice: introduction to symbols from different lineages
  • Live class: 7 supporting symbols from different lineages.  Review and deepening into opening, sustaining and closing energetic spaces.
  • Audio meditation for symbol study, practice and integration.

Month 2 

  • Live class: Energetic currents of the body, stabilizing sides of the body, harmonizing polarities (fem-masc), connecting/harmonizing chakra pairs. Reiki Master Meditation.
  • Deepening practice: Review Reiki personal growth practices, create/expand your personal practice
  • Live class: grounding meditation, golden breath, violet breath, resonance, being the therapeutic tool, empty presence
  • Deepening Inquiries and Journaling: What is Compassion? What is Service? Identifying Personal Core Values.

Month 3 

  • Advanced Therapy Techniques #1 Class (2 hrs): Cutting relationship ties, Aura Clearing and Psychic Surgery, Review of Byosen scanning
  • Audio: connecting to your Reiki Guides meditation
  • Live Class:  Creating a Reiki Crystal Grid, review of Personal Protection (light sphere, candy wrapper, symbols), Regressions, Self directed journey to the past, Karmic Cleansing, Accessing Akashic Records and Communicating with Higher Beings
  • Deepening Practice and journaling: connecting to personal spiritual support beings

Month 4

  • Advanced Therapy Techniques #2 Class (2 hrs): Reiju,  Sending being to the Light, Exorcisms, cleansing karma.
  • Video “Review of Essential Elements”:  Cleansing and creating sacred space, Reiki Box, House Cleansing
  • Live Class: Introduction to complementary techniques and Reiki: crystals, aromatherapy, channeling, acupuncture, acupressure, reflexology, massage, sound healing and music therapy, chromotherapy)
  • Deepening Inquiries and Journaling: exploring personal spiritual threads

Month 5 

  • Live Class Outdoor: connecting with elements, connecting with nature
  • Video: listening and communicating with your body, embodied practice
  • Live class: Personal Thread Deepening Module
  • Personal Study: Ethics, Therapeutic Elements, Creating a Reiki Practice

Bonus Live class to integrate the journey, answer questions and deepen into readiness for Master level.

Month 6 

Master Training: attunement, 4 weekly classes, handbook extension (pdf), Reiki Master certificate, opportunity to be part of Level 1 and 2 classes.

Training Options

You can feel into 3 different levels of support for your training

Jade: includes attunement, 2 live classes a month, bi-weekly support materials (audio, video, deepening practices), ART workbook /journal pdf, and ART certificate.
Heart Contribution:  $2500 or 5 monthly payments of $511 or 10 monthly payments of $265.

Citrine: all of the jade program plus 1 monthly private mentoring session to support your progress and deepen into your areas of interest.
Heart Contribution:  $5750 or 5 monthly payments of $1,160 or  10 monthly payments of $589

Rose: all of the jade program plus 1 private mentoring session, a month , 1 Reiki sessions a month, personalized Bach Flower Remedies, text message access for answers to quick questions that may arise throughout your training. Heart Contribution: $6,500 or 5 monthly payments of $1310 or 10 monthly payments of $665.

If after the initial 5 months you wish to complete your training at MASTER LEVEL, gaining the ability to attune and responsibly teach others, you are invited to continue 1 more month. The heart contribution of $1,200 will include attunement, 4 weekly (2.5-3 hrs) classes, written material, and certificate. You will also have the opportunity to join my level 1 and 2 classes and teach portions of them. This way you can build confidence in your ability to share Reiki at this level.

When I started the Reiki Level 1 course I expected to receive a healing tool for myself and my family. The training exceeded my expectations.Initially after Reiki, I began to have random clear insights and answers. My intuition was very crisp and I was very confident taking direction from this space.
